His success is only partial but Dale's attempt to get as job and enable him to marry Rachel by entering into a partnership with Steve's new bar gives far more cause for concern.

Lorna tells a little white lie and employs an underhand tactic to get Sid in to an exclusive local nursery. Meanwhile, it's full steam ahead for Dale and Steve's new bar - unfortunately for Rachel. But with the meeting to confirm an alcohol license on the horizon, Rachel sees an opportunity to stop it from happening.

Steve attempts to save the situation for Ken by asking his work-mates to the club but Dale has to decide whether to go with Rachel or stay. Fortunately Steve provides the solution.
