The car belongs to former amateur rally driver Alan, who loved his Manta so much he couldn't bear to part with it, even when it went off the road. Suffering with ill health over the years and recently losing his wife, lead to Alan becoming bit of a recluse.

Citroen HY VanTim and Fuzz head to Manchester to rescue a rusting Citroen HY van that was originally purchased so 19 year-old Darcie and her mum Alison could start up their own mobile catering business. Sadly, the dream was shattered when Alison was killed in the Manchester Arena suicide bombing in 2017. Will the boys be able to work their magic and get the Citroen back on the road?
