This documentary lets teenagers at summer camp talk about their feelings as they experience events like love, heartbreak, friend fights, and growing pains. The first season takes place at Camp Waziyatah in Maine, but every season the location changes.

    AftershocksIt's Visiting Day at Camp Waziyatah. The campers' families visit Wazi to see what their camper learned so far and to see how they're doing. Visiting Day also gives the campers a chance to go into town and buy candy and junk food and sneak them in their cabin! Sarai and Kisha quarrel and Luna confronts Sarai about her attitude.

    No Pain, No GainAsa gets confronted about his attitude by his cabin and learns a lesson. Hill 4 undertakes another Adventure Bound trip and Alison and Jenny refuse to go. Martha makes a bet with Fiona, that if she doesn't complain the whole mountain trip, Fiona has to ride a horse. Martha wins the bet and Fiona ends up riding a horse.

    Nice Guys Finish FirstAndrew gets the lead in the Waziyatah musical play; Connor and Stephanie break-up knowing that Connor will have to leave when session 1 ends in the next few days.

    Good-Bye Session OneAs the end of Session A nears, campers are separated into teams and compete against each other in a series of fun competitions and activities on Challenge Day. There is also an awards banquet where everyone dresses up in nice clothes and campers receive awards from different departments. Session A campers leave. They all realize how many friends they have made at camp and many tears are shed.

    Turn, Turn, TurnSarai is homesick and misses the old campers. She says her good-byes, leaves camp, and heads home. Meanwhile, campers attend aerobics class and talent show planning begins. Kisha makes a video of her and Sarai and shows it to everyone at the talent show. Cammie and Greg (counselor) are Spartan cheerleaders, Arianna and Craig from Saturday Night Live and they put on a funny act. Grove 4 dances to ""Pop Muzik"" in their own hilarious way.

    When the Boys Go Away, the Girls Will PlayGrove 4 embarks on an overnight camping trip bringing them closer together. Meanwhile, Hill 4 has pillow fights and Annie, Cammie, and Sarah join the girls' basketball team.

    Flirting with Disaster: The Co-Ed Canoe TripGrove 4 and Hill 4 go on a canoe trip, which causes major flirtations and love triangles between some campers. Cammie likes Malik, but she's dating Gus, Sarah and Stephanie both like Andy who only has a crush on Stephanie, and Anna really likes Hassan who doesn't like her back in that way.

    The Last HurrahThe campers compete for the Armstrong Cup Competition where the campers are all divided into four teams: North, South, East, and West. They compete against each other in fun activities for two days. They also have an awards banquet where the counselors and staff have out awards.

    Goodbye WaziEveryone leaves Camp Waziyatah. Many tears are shed once again as they all say good-bye. To them, it was one of the fastest summers ever! No one wants to leave. They all have made such great friends over the summer and they hope to keep in touch with each other. The bonds are definetly much stronger now than in the beginning of the session.
