Good-Bye Session OneAs the end of Session A nears, campers are separated into teams and compete against each other in a series of fun competitions and activities on Challenge Day. There is also an awards banquet where everyone dresses up in nice clothes and campers receive awards from different departments. Session A campers leave. Turn, Turn, TurnSarai is homesick and misses the old campers. She says her good-byes, leaves camp, and heads home. Meanwhile, campers attend aerobics class and talent show planning begins. Kisha makes a video of her and Sarai and shows it to everyone at the talent show. Cammie and Greg (counselor) are Spartan cheerleaders, Arianna and Craig from Saturday Night Live and they put on a funny act. Goodbye WaziEveryone leaves Camp Waziyatah. Many tears are shed once again as they all say good-bye. To them, it was one of the fastest summers ever! No one wants to leave. They all have made such great friends over the summer and they hope to keep in touch with each other. The bonds are definetly much stronger now than in the beginning of the session.
