Boyd Pritchett is a guy from Virginia who is bringing his sister to Boston to go to college. After arriving he meets a student named Joy and is captivated by her. And when Boyd displays his skills as a repairman he gets a job working at the college. And he hopes to hook up with Joy but she already has a boyfriend, s professor. But he decides to stick it out.
