Season 2

The second season of the Australian police-drama Blue Heelers premiered on the Seven Network on 21 February 1995 and aired on Tuesday nights at 8:30 PM. The 41-episode season concluded 21 November 1995. The cast for this season was the same as that of the preceding season, with the omission of Ann Burbrook as Roz Patterson and with the introduction of Damian Walshe-Howling as Adam Cooper to take her place. This season of Blue Heelers was released on DVD on 1 December 2005 and was released in a two-part release; and later as a complete set.

    A Question of CouragePaul Reynolds, an over-zealous nightclub bouncer, causes untold trouble for the Heelers. After a brawl takes place at the fitness centre a panicked Adam calls for unnecessary back-up leaving Maggie vulnerable amongst the mob who ends up being knocked unconscious. But things go from bad to worse when Adam is bitten by Paul after he tries to escape custody and it is found that Paul has HIV.

Meanwhile, Nick and the rest of the team have to show the ropes to Inspector Faulkner's nephew who is on a work experience placement at the station.

    Stop for a BiteGrace Macdonald arrives in Mount Thomas to do an internal efficiency audit and the Heelers realise that cuts will be made somewhere so all are fighting for their area. Elsewhere, the Heelers investigate when mice parts are found in meat pies belonging to a Mount Thomas bakery institution.

    The Long & Winding RoadClare and Eva, two foreign backpackers, arrive in Mount Thomas and Wayne is instantly smitten with Clare. The following morning Eva is found dead and a murder investigation ensues. Meanwhile, Nick goes all out to secure a job as watchman at Mount Thomas.
