After killing his friend in 1975, Sung-chun takes in the victim's widow and son Sun-jae in 1985, claiming Sun-jae as his own. At Grace Home orphanage, Sun-jae meets Yonsoo and Sena. Yonsoo later leaves Sena, promising to reunite.
