The subject matter that this series grapples with is so extremely relevant these days. I often think to myself that I’m thankful that I’m not raising my children during these times in this country. This was thoughtfully, written and directed. Heartbreaking as it may be, these are the kinds of issues that we have to keep talking about and not push them into the shadows. Such great writing. And just fabulous acting. It has been a while since I longingly waited for each and every episode and every season. I have missed the characters. I have nicknamed some of my friends after some of the characters. I’m begging my sister to start this with me! It would be her first time. **Something I really appreciate is the smooth and almost too easily missed transition from a serious dramatic scene to humorous and back again. There are also social issues tackled were with such compassion and respect. So right now, I am searching through Plex TV to see if there is a way I can watch every season for free! Hats off to Plex TV for offering such a well thought out menu easily navigated. -FYI, I use Google TV to access. CiaoNurse Jackie - T1 • E1 - Pilot
