- Star Trek: The Next Generation
i used to think Star Trek was for nerds and Star Wars was "the cool one" but this show is THE BEST space serial I have ever seen, (Sidenote I have not seen them all so be nice.) It gets emotional, funny, scary, psychological, and at times it will challenge you as a viewer, but it's a great adventure. Was originally going to skip this one while watching them all in order but I actually can say I'm one of the few that thinks it's better than prometheus. I had a good time with both dont get me wrong but this one just had so much MORE to it and is a really fantastic sequel to prometheus. Also side note the ships in these movies are just so sweet man, they REALLY feel thought out and practical and lived in.
