We finally get a great Dinosaur movie after so long! It's funny how this was better than almost every Jurassic Park movie, as this is pretty much what we wanted out of the sequels essentially. A high concept premise in suburbia with family emotion, a bit of humour here and there, some dino carnage action, sci-fi and survival all in one package. The special effects are solid and it was just the right length for what it was. Felt Spielbergian in places and had a nice score. David Robert Mitchell did an awesome job writing and directing this, and I'm hope he gets to do more projects.
I love this movie, it has a great cast (Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn), a great soundtrack, some light humour, and a really nice ending.
Definitely far better than the reboot that came out in 2018, and makes me feel happy every time I watch it.

The acting is terrible, the story is almost nonexistent, the characters are forgettable, and the dialogue feels painfully weak. There isn't a single moment that builds real suspense or excitement. Even the shark scenes fail to deliver any tension or entertainment.
It's one of those movies that makes you keep checking how much time is left because nothing interesting ever happens. Poor writing, poor execution, and no memorable performances.
1/10. I honestly can't think of a single thing this movie did well.
Yes the movie has flaws but it was made on a low budget the a thing is surprisingly solid, the plot is very engaging. Lots of suspense was never bored during the film. I don't write reviews often but felt the need to given it was clearly made at a low budget and the negative reviews are just not needed as it's clearly not made as an Oscar winner just something fun and enjoyable which it very much was.
Nuns on the run is a classic. A movie that i have only just watched but I can tell how popular it is. Its funny without being overly so and with no swearing needed to get the point across. This movie is about two men named brian hope and charlie mcmanus. Now they work for the mob and are asked to steal money from the triads. As a rusult they steal the money for themselves and try to hide away from them in the one place you would not think, a convent. The two dress as nunds and this is where the real fun begins. Eric idle and the late robbie coltrane do great in their roles and work well as a twosome. Overall nuns on the run is a great but of fun with a very good cast and gags that would make you want to rewatch it again.

After watching this movie for an umpteen number of times, the gags have run a bit dry, but I remember first seeing it and I could not stop laughing. The cast is full of grade A celebrities, including Sam Jackson before he really hit big. There are some classic gags. It's all done very low-brow, but in a way that had me rolling with laughter. Go see it! You'll have a great time!

I've been annoyed at most of the bad reviews I read of this movie, because none of them understand what it's all about. It's true; the script is not actually that great. What makes it great is how everything is delivered. The cast is fantastic in playing each part as a cliché, even when the lines are far from it. Curry plays the role with so much ham that it's understood why the script is like this. This is a play, not a movie. I can understand not being in the mood for this film. But I can't understand not appreciating these fantastic performances. Another person pointed out that this film needs to be seen in widescreen. This is correct-the movie reaches another level of greatness by seeing it in proper aspect-ratio. And I've never seen Colleen Camp looking this fantastic.
🏃🏻♀️📲 Really enjoyed this. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Sure it's not the most original idea of the planet (it's a bit like Speed for runners) but GG is brilliant in it, entirely believable as a mother who's about to lose everything, and the pay off at the end is worth it. Guys, it's basically a couple of hours of Wonder Woman running! What's not to enjoy?!?
