- Greg Sithole12 de julho de 2025I was honestly unsure about this show at first, mainly because of the animation style. It felt a bit different, and I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy it. But to my surprise, it grew on me. What kept me watching was the story. Despite some changes to the original Spider-Man lore and characters, this alternate version managed to be fresh and engaging. The show strikes a good balance between action, heart, and character development, and I found myself getting more invested with each episode. If you're open to a new take on Spider-Man with a different visual flair, it's worth checking out.
- BlueBeans123431 de janeiro de 2026Definitely got more enjoyable as it went on. This show was surprisingly really good! Scorpion was actually kinda scary until he got folded, and Lonnie’s arc was actually sad. Anyway, I would definitely recommend watching this show if you haven’t already.

It feels like forced DEI and random changes for the sake of being different, rather than honoring the character’s legacy. If you know nothing about Spider-Man, it might seem fun. But for true fans, it’s more of a background show—on par with Velma in terms of missed potential. Watch while doing chores, or skip it altogether.
- gradientorange14 de abril de 2025i did not expect to like this very much since i’m admittedly burnt out on spider-man content. but this show was amazing from start to finish. i especially loved the care and attention they gave all the side characters. Lonnie’s story was my favorite and i cannot wait for the story to continue

- Hipster ZOMBIE20 de fevereiro de 2025MCU and Disney’s Spider-Man animated show stumbles out of the gate. It’s frustrating because the show has aspects of it that are ok but on the flip side the show wishes to dip its toes into the woke part of the pool. The animation is unique and is clearly inspired by Steve Ditko’s artwork from the 60s. Problem is it’s juxtaposed against a modern setting and the two clash horribly. Not to mention the show makes odd race and sex changes to well known characters and really takes you out of it. It’s as if the writer’s room had one side who respected the source material and the other side that wanted to make a show that focused more on Spider-Man’s Amazing Diverse Friends but not really focus on Spider-Man.
