As a Polish spy he stole the technical specs of American weapon wich he then delivered to Russian GRU. He was arrested by FBI and sentenced for life. He walked out free because of agent exchange. Despite his involvment in pro-soviet secret service, after 1989 he was working for Polish UOP.
