The story follows Victória Castro and Lucas Nogueira, two young people who fall in love while living in Portugal. After returning to Brazil, their relationship is threatened by secrets, family conflicts, revenge, ambition, and the power struggles of the influential Montenegro family. As hidden truths from the past emerge, Victória and Lucas must fight against betrayal and obstacles to protect their love and discover the real motivations of those around them.
