When the cosmetic surgeon David Heller saves his life, his uncle makes a decision: In order to be able to cut back on his professional life, both are more committed at the same time: his niece and the cosmetic surgeon, who is still assuming that he will only temporarily step in as a substitute doctor. Because for him, treating patients with statutory health insurance is a chore and completely unprofitable.
