He produced several notable films, including The Asphalt Jungle (1950), a film noir classic directed by John Huston, and The Red Badge of Courage (1951), an adaptation of Stephen Crane's novel. Goldstone also worked in television, producing series such as The Thin Man (1957–1959) and The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1964–1968). His contributions to both film and television showcased his versatility and commitment to quality storytelling.
