A Rede Social Avaliações & Comentários
- Ty Leet14 de abril de 2025One of my favorites, hard to find a better duo than Fincher + Sorkin.
- OdinTheRavenKing1 de maio de 2026## Synopsis The story of Mark Zuckerberg in Harvard creating Facebook through the lens of the two lawsuits. One from a set of twins who claim he stole their idea. The other by the co-founder who was pushed out of the company. ## Review I have seen this movie before. I have been a contractor for Meta. I have not met Mr. Zuckerberg, but along with everyone online, I have seen him in presentations and interviews before Congress. He is a weird dude and Jesse Eisenberg does a fantastic job of playing a weird dude. I think most people would agree that him and Andrew Garfield are outstanding in this movie. As for the story and it's legitimacy, just listen to the final statement being made by the attorney. "Pay them. In the scheme of things, it's a speeding ticket." There obviously was some legitimacy to the events that took place, but maybe not the way they are portrayed in this movie. I think there is a genuine element of truth to it, more because of the speech pattern and awkwardness of Zuckerberg, but we will never know outside of this. I do like the format that it is told in. You start the movie with friends doing college things, and then you realize that they are reviewing the events in a deposition. A very interesting twist to start that way rather than starting from the concept of the legal case. It gives some very nice guardrails to the events and allows for the leaps in time without making it feel like something is missing. ## [My Rating] It is an interestingly slow movie. I appreciate the story being told, the acting is good, but it is just slow, and you want to punch all of them in the face. Either that are wannabe big fish in the pond, stupid about business, or just trying to be more of an jerk than they actually are, and they just become unlikable all the way around. This is a 7 mainly because of pacing. ## [Parental Rating] There is some language and drug use. Also, some implied sex scenes in a bathroom stall. Moreover, I don't think either of my parents care about this story, so the content isn't for them. I am going to say rejected by both for those reasons. Epic Screen Time
- Adam Abaza10 de fevereiro de 2026The story of Facebook's founding, but not as an inspiring success story; rather, as a tale of ambition, betrayal, and isolation. The script is clever and fast-paced, and the dialogue is powerful and charged, revealing psychological conflicts more than the events themselves. The direction is calm and confident, and the music adds a sense of coolness and distance between the characters. The film doesn't need action to engage you, because it relies on human conflict. A mature and intelligent work, and one of the best films of the decade.
- infected4 de fevereiro de 2026The film does an accurate and wonderful job of showing how much of a skeevy lowlife subhuman Zuck is, despite him being the protagonist. Excellent watch and highly entertaining.
- Julie Jones12 de janeiro de 2026This movie takes the real life story of Facebook and creates a well crafted story! Very much entertaining and very well put together You will never get bored watching it. I would recommend it
- Dahuchsi17 de novembro de 2025Straight to the point, no fluff really. All actors seem to portray their characters well, and the story flows well. It’s worth a watch, especially if you know nothing of the story origin of Facebook. It’s a business tale as old as time. Dare I say, even Justin Timberlake plays his role well and looks a bit like the character even. It’s not a biography, it’s more cinematic I’d say and I’m sure there are a few liberties as such. However, the film does it well and the plot is concise and easy to follow.
- LivewireAdmin6 de agosto de 2025Sometimes I wonder who the best collaborators are in Hollywood. Spielberg and Williams, Nolan and Zimmer, Scorsese and DiCaprio...and then I think about The Social Network and how Fincher's directing and Sorkin's writing was a match made in heaven. Everything about this movie is perfect, no notes. Also worth mentioning that this movie was the birth of another fantastic collaboration - Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.
- wonderrxjr13 de novembro de 2025Any time my Dad thinks I'll one day move to Silicon Valley I should show him this movie since my glamorization of the tech lifestyle is going away fast
- Nathan Magreta3 de novembro de 2025The social network is a modern Masterpiece that tells the story of Facebook's origins in such an amazing way I doubted it was real, along with amazing directing and an exceptional Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield, and Even a good Justin Timberlake.
- Tanalien12 de outubro de 2025In Hollywood, the rule of thumb is one page per minute of screentime. Aaron Sorkin’s shooting script is 163 pages, but the final cut of The Social Network is just under two hours; the way he heard the dialogue in his head was rapid. To fit 163 pages into two hours of screentime, the film’s director, David Fincher, had to hit all his marks: establish setting, build character, and convey dialogue coherently. What does that make a director do? Collaborate. Fincher had a precise vision for The Social Network, yet he pushed his screenwriter, cast, and department heads to their creative limits. To paraphrase Jesse Eisenberg, Fincher thought about everybody’s job more than they did. Everything in the film is deliberate. You can pause and sift through the layers to find a satisfying core. But make no mistake: the primary experience of watching the film is absolutely thrilling.
- mickerdoo13 de julho de 2025Reminder you can't trust anyone when it comes to money and ideas. You really have to watch it with the quick dialogue. Great performances.
- Jamie Talbot22 de maio de 2025Absolute incredible movie. Gets better after every watch. It is incredible work by Fincher. Eisenberg’s performance was amazing, I really wanted to punch his face at multiple points during this film which is a good thing because he played Mark Zuckerberg perfectly. I just desperately need to watch the 4K version of this!
- Persona983 de julho de 2025But it does, nonetheless, contain some inaccurate details about Zuckerberg's life. However, cinematographically speaking, there is nothing to complain about.
- David Daniel3 de junho de 2025Not only a cinematic masterpiece, but a perceptive and prescient portrayal of the corrupt and maladjusted creators of the social network
- pipanni21 de janeiro de 2025A very entertaining movie with excelent performances throughout. Unmissable.
