- Oʂɯαʅԃσ Rσყҽƚƚ22 de fevereiro de 2026Truly spectacular, one of those rare amazing, inventive and often unpredictable blockbusters. The acting was great all round, especially Cumberbatch - wow, he was superb. The direction, cinematography and visual effects were all greatly innovative and brilliant; the screenplay fun, often humorous and has a lot of heart for all its characters which are all really well developed.

- flavo4314 de dezembro de 2025Star Trek Into Darkness is a solid and entertaining continuation of the Kelvin timeline, delivering high-energy action while revisiting one of the franchise’s most iconic storylines. I enjoy this alternate take on Star Trek, and the reimagining of elements from The Wrath of Khan is bold, if inevitably divisive. Had I not seen the original film or series, I might have appreciated this version even more. Benedict Cumberbatch gives a strong performance as Khan, but while effective, he lacks the raw charisma and theatrical menace that defined Ricardo Montalbán’s portrayal. His colder, more restrained presence feels closer to Spock than the vengeful force of nature fans remember. That said, the film excels in pacing, spectacle, and character development, particularly in the evolving relationship between Kirk and Spock. The action sequences are thrilling, and the stakes feel appropriately high. My main criticism lies with the USS Vengeance—essentially an oversized, overly aggressive Enterprise that looks more silly than intimidating. Despite its flaws, Into Darkness remains an engaging and worthy entry in the modern Star Trek saga.
- Arthas Menethil7 de novembro de 2025I can't really rate this higher; it's another instance of J.J. Plagiarism Stealing from other source materials. I don't understand how he keeps getting hired. If you think this is going to be an original idea, you will be disappointed. This is where the root of things bad in the Star Trek streaming era has come from: it's not hard science, but magic that drives the story. If you're confused, I'll just say that's not how blood works...

- tellum22 de agosto de 2025Several reasons the movie falls flat that require spoiling, but the one thing that can be said is this does not do justice to the first movie, let alone what the original creator Gene Roddenberry wanted for Star Trek. Gene wrote the shows as a way to idealize the future of humanity and our ability to overcome our own flaws as a species, this movie betrays that in a big way by using a storyline that Gene outright shot down while producing the show, and the result is the worst movie of the trilogy.

- Zokkiie18 de julho de 2025Really solid follow-up to the 2009 Star Trek. It’s fast-paced, looks great, and the crew still has that fun chemistry. Benedict Cumberbatch is a standout—super intense and totally owns every scene he’s in. The story isn’t super deep, but it’s a fun ride from start to finish. Definitely worth watching if you liked the first one.

It’s not quite timeless but it features a typical war criminal and an incredible villain plucked from the history books of the Star Trek of old. And it’s brilliant, since the first reboot film essentially resets old characters and encounters with new possibilities. Into Darkness impressed me and feels like a more mature Star Trek experience all around.
