- Ajay17 de fevereiro de 2026Great classic slasher film - the one that started it all. Ghostface is a pretty well done antagonist, and it harkens back to the days of older horror movies. Only gripe though, is that Ghostface isn't of supernatural roots like the others, and that leaves you wanting a bit more.

Weaknesses: Some Gore is Minimal: Compared to other 90s slashers, the gore is relatively restrained. Predictable for Horror Buffs: Viewers familiar with slasher tropes may guess certain twists, though the film plays with these expectations. Overall: Scream (1996) is a revolutionary slasher that revitalized the genre. It’s clever, suspenseful, and self-aware, combining horror, humor, and mystery. Ghostface remains one of the most iconic villains in horror cinema.
