Dirigido por Chris WedgeRodney Lataria é um robô que tem um dom para inventar máquinas, que trabalha com o seu pai a lavar pratos. Sonhando em conhecer o seu ídolo, o Grande Soldador, Rodney, decide partir numa viagem rumo a Robópolis. Porém, ao chegar na cidade, ele percebe que a sua busca será mais difícil do que imaginava. Logo Rodney fica amigo dos Enferrujados, um grupo de robôs de rua que sabe acaba por lhe dar abrigo. Tentando encontrar o Grande Soldador e mantendo o seu ideal em tornar o mundo num sítio melhor, ele enfrenta situações que podem por em risco a própria existência de Robópolis.

- Blossom Doehá 1 diaThis movie absolutely does not deserve the bad press it receives. From the very first scene where Mr and Mrs Copperbottom make a baby in front of the audience, the jokes rarely miss. It is a laugh-a-minute comedy with a great cast and a great message: Follow your dreams, it doesn't matter who you are or where you came from - don't let anyone stand in your way. Robin Williams killed it as always, as Fender, and you will always think of Aunt Fanny at inappropriate times. There is plenty of social commentary that holds true today, such as the greed of big corporations and the genius inventors who go unappreciated The Animation by Blue Sky holds up even in 2026, and while it seems the film never got a 4K release, you will be be pleased with 1080P regardless. In a universe where Pixar never existed, this film would've broken records at the box office The ending isn't incredible and the jokes run out of steam a little after the first half, but if you can forgive the writers for sticking to the film's age certificate then there is nothing to complain about.. Kids will love this, and parents will be both enraged and delighted by the jokes directed at them Easy 4.5 stars, but closer to 4.8 - I highly recommend watching this film before you're too old to appreciate this occasionally crude, but timeless comedy.

- SIX6IXSIX25 de agosto de 2025Childhood favorite of mine, the Animation in this movie is wayyy ahead of its time, comparing this to new animation and CGI you can see where we’ve gone backwards, great voice acting, super funny. Give it a watch you won’t regret.
- viktorsmi12 de outubro de 2025An unrerrated classic for sure. People who complain about the plot probably expect Citizen Kane. As far as family movies go, it's by the numbers, but there are no blatant lapses in logic and each character's actions are justified. It's basically as much as you can ask from a movie like this. The movie knows where to slow down. Animation is spectacular to this day. A lot of jokes for the adults in the audience. Voice acting is great in general with late Robin Williams absolutely hitting it out of the park.
