Dadasaheb rules a village where he has no respect for the Harijans lower caste and wants to grab their land for building a liquor factory few Harijans decide to go against him one of being Rama Kamble who gets killed by Dadasaheb's henchmen Black Tiger.Rama's friend Ranjeet then goes against Dadasaheb to fight for rights of his people but few back out due to fear while Dadasaheb starts to eye Paro sister of Ranjeet and his daughter Priya to goes against him due to on going politics in her college related to donation.Dadasaheb finds Priya and Ranjeet getting close and as revenge rapes Paro leading to her death and frames Ranjeet for it.
