The short film gives insights on various issues of the day to day life, which we tend to deal with - anxiety and negativity, feeling distressed and being confused. The film takes you on an inward journey in those dark moments when we feel extremely alone and sometimes tend to speak to ourselves, while we don't share our innermost feelings from the fear of being judged. Pep Talks is that one moment of positive thought with self that just changes the narrative. The contemporary and relevant nature of the issues taken up in the narrative not only make one effortlessly relate with them but at the same time they also subtly prods the viewers to take some time out from their busy schedules and give themselves a long pending Pep Talk.
