Superb acting by all, incredible imagery but also exhausting as not only is it a barrage of dark imagery but Shakespeare in very thick Scottish accents is pretty tough to keep up with. I found it reminiscnet of Lars von Trier with it's nihilistic and depressing tone, I absolutely loved it, but it will definitely not be for those who want a lazier cinema experience.
