- Kevin Ward4 de julho de 2025This adolescent creature feature has some Monster Squad vibes and is generally pretty fun. Some moments the acting is very well done; other moments, not so much. Same goes for story. Same goes for the creature effects. I think that’s kind of exactly what I was expecting for this, so it works pretty well. I will say that this film goes pretty hard with the profanity. It permeates the entire film. That might make it even more enticing for 12 year olds. I know I probably would have loved it when I was a 12 y/o. My youngest probably would have been too scared to watch all of this though. So though I enjoyed it, it’s kind of a hard recommendation to make as a family movie. Adolescents would probably get a kick out of it, but parents and younger kids, maybe not so much.
