- NonPlayableContent28 de janeiro de 2025I'm not sure if the point was in fact to jump the shark but it was a fun ride.
- zappy.15 de dezembro de 2025I liked it. Action from beginning to end. I have to be honest - I’m not exactly sure why all the hype surrounded this movie upon release. It’s a good movie, don’t get me wrong. It seems like they had a pretty large budget, and the action (that’s exactly what this franchise is known for) is great. The actors that are cast in supporting roles are good, but acting was not the focus here. Many cool scenes - for me, the club scene was my fav. I love Keanu, and I’ll be honest when I say that his acting is not top tier; he does possess a solid screen presence, and has been fortunate enough to have roles in recent years that utilize that to their advantage.

- ርልዪረ27 de janeiro de 2025/̵͇̿̿/’̿’̿ ̿ ̿̿ ̿̿ ̿̿💥 I just LOVED this movie. I suppose it is a fairly light reason for John Wick to unleash himself on the world once again. However, gorgeous car and cute dog would probably do it for me too. If anyone hurt my dog, I'd probably beat them up too. All the main actors are superb. Michael Niqvist is brilliant as the Russian mob boss, and Alfie Allen is very good as his son, who doesn't have much (if anything) in the way of redeeming qualities. He is basically an entitled little brat. Willem Dafoe has a relatively small part, but he is excellent as always. However, Keanu Reeves IS John Wick. The fight scenes have a grace and beauty about them, and all the more so for the fact that aside from possibly one or two stunts, he did all of it himself - and in long takes. I can't help be thoroughly impressed by a guy who at 50 makes most actors his own age (and younger) look clunky on screen. I really enjoy films like this, but I can't help thinking that this film is going to age much better than the Die Hard movies have, possibly because John Wick wears some snazzy suits rather than a scabby old vest. I'm looking forward to the next installment. I'm just really hoping they don't screw it up cos it would be a terrible shame. If you are interested to see just how good Reeves is with a gun and how much actual gun training he did for the movie (let alone the Jiu Jitsu he learned) there is a video up on YouTube which is worth watching. I wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of him that's for sure! Ah, found it. He's a pretty good shot!

- Dad22 de novembro de 2025Bad AF as always
- Jacob Bratcher17 de novembro de 2025In this movie, Keanu Reeves plays Death. Unavoidable, untouchable, and coming for everyone. It's a fun watch, and one rich in religious symoblism. It plays upon themes of the fae, the Grim Reaper, the Baba Yaga, revenge, grief, and loss. Come for a fun time, stay for the story.
- Coco Louise Sassafras Bojangles2 de novembro de 2025A masterpiece
- CarbonDJ4 de novembro de 2025Action on action. The sequences are so tight. The world created is beautiful. I loved watching it expand in the sequels. An amazing universe and this being our first peek into it was magic.
- Walter Jospeh Kovacs2 de novembro de 2025While some of the actions scenes were tightly choreographed, everything else was empty; just cringe and cliché. All the action sequences for the franchise could be compiled into a twenty minute short with nothing lost. Shame. I like Reeves. This is what you get when the director is a stuntman. The franchise gets higher rates than it deserves because modern (young audiences) aren't as discerning - they like low-attention-span stuff that doesn't require critical thinking. Why am I complaining about the audience and not the movie? It's the audience that have elevated the franchise well above where it should be. Some people have rated this five stars as in the best of movies. Go watch movies from Spielberg, Scorsese, Tarantino, Kubrick, Nolan to recalibrate your judgement against what a superb movie is and stop artificially inflating movie ratings so that more people waste their time with mediocre filler. It isn't a choice between action and good drama, the two can coexist in a movie.
- Ykee CHOI3 de junho de 2025His actions are of another level.
- Kit Lazer12 de julho de 2025This movie changed my life. First podcast about a movie I ever recorded was on the drive home from seeing this opening night. I started a blog talking about the lore. Look at me now, John. Be seeing you.
- mrhaynes8330 de maio de 2025John Wick is what happens when grief gets a gun and a tailored suit. Keanu doesn’t act—he reloads emotions with silencers and suplexes. It’s not a movie, it’s an art exhibit where every frame says, Baba Yaga
- Skelton21 de abril de 2025John Wick didn’t just launch a franchise—it redefined modern action cinema. With sleek choreography, a surprisingly emotional core, and Keanu Reeves in full revenge-fueled glory, the film is a masterclass in less-is-more storytelling. The plot is simple—ex-hitman comes out of retirement after the ultimate wrong—but the execution is near flawless. From the moment John puts the suit back on, the body count rises and the elegance of every gunfight becomes almost balletic. The world-building is subtle but intriguing, with the Continental Hotel and its assassin-underworld lore hinting at something much bigger. Keanu is perfectly cast: stoic, lethal, and somehow still vulnerable. And the action? Clean, relentless, and refreshingly grounded. John Wick doesn’t just hit hard—it hits with style. 4.5/5. A revenge tale for the ages and an instant genre classic.
