Skarsgard as Pennywise < YOU'LL FLOAT TOO > is a multi-award winning performance, and the controlled use of CGI makes every single appearance of the demented demon-clown insanely < YOU'LL FLOAT TOO > horrific (without going over the top). The pacing of the film does take a bit to kick off, and some of the characters could've been cast better. But don't let that take away from watching this, as you're probably going to < YOU'LL FLOAT TOO > rewatch it multiple times for the scares.
