É assim que, na companhia dos seus amigos não-humanos, Dolittle empreende uma grande viagem até uma ilha misteriosa, onde espera encontrar a cura da rainha. No processo, vai reencontrar a sua humanidade perdida e recuperar o gosto pela vida.

- Skittlesx22 de junho de 2025I recently rewatched Dolittle, and I found myself enjoying it all over again. The story is charming, and there’s a certain magic to the film that really shines through — I don’t want to spoil too much. While the CGI isn’t quite as polished as I remembered, it doesn’t take away from the fun and warm feeling this movie gave me. Still surprised there’s no sequel yet, tbh!

This isn’t the same movie as any other Dolittle with the same name. Dr. Dolittle doesn’t have animals talking to him — he speaks their language. If you’re going to compare it to anything, compare it to the original, not the Eddie Murphy version. The movie opens with Robert Downey Jr. grunting, growling, clicking, and making every other animalistic sound you can imagine. He’s not losing his mind — that ship already sailed — those are just the ramblings of a man who hasn’t spoken to another human in years. This film has it all: comedy, action, great acting, strong voice work, and an honestly wonderful story. I think people went in expecting Eddie Murphy’s Dolittle and missed that this was a remake and re-imagining of the original. And if that doesn’t sell you, there’s a scene where a parrot tells a gorilla to kick a tiger in the “down there.” Watch this movie if you're willing to ignore previous iterations of the Dr and just want a good clean laugh.
- ርልዪረ12 de fevereiro de 2025Still not sure what to say about this film. I personally enjoyed it, will need to see it again soon so as to watch the film better. Plenty of digital magic , the main car actors who you see not hear are good, all top actors though the 2 ladies or girl actors are not bad . The story line is different to the original version back in the 50's. you will need to make up your own minds as to weather you like it or not, but do watch it.
