- jackmeat16 de julho de 2025My quick rating - 5.0/10. I remember seeing this back at West Coast Video and haven't seen it since, but my opinion hasn't changed much. Basically, a low-budget homage to Evil Dead, which is still fun. Cannot blame them for wanting to emulate one of the greatest low-budget horror movies ever made. It has its silly moments for sure, and the gore is really tame. The makeup work on the undead was effective, though, for practical effects. This one has a large group of friends heading to an old farm to find out why their buddies' grandparents had died. Little did they know what they were walking into. Comedic portrayals of the country folk, constant warnings to stay away, ignored, just your usual flick, where everything could very easily be avoided. If you are a fan, I am sure you'll at least appreciate it.
