Set in a small village in Maharashtra in the 1990s, Baba is the heart-warming tale of a deaf and dumb couple, who adopts a normal child and brings him up with the little money they have and lots of love. How they try their best with the meagre savings to fight for their child's custody forms the basis of this bittersweet, slice-of-life story.
