- BEAULONEA9 de abril de 2026I was in 8th grade when this movie came out, and I still remember how visually exciting it felt seeing it in the theater. The idea of exploring and adventuring in the far reaches of space really pulled me in. Revisiting it now in my 40's, I see it a little differently. I still love the concept of space adventure, I just don’t think this film aged all that well in how it brings that idea to life. The visuals feel more like an old Wing Commander game, the acting somehow manages to be both overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time, and the story sometimes feels just as lost as the Robinsons themselves. That said, there’s still something about it I can’t help but enjoy. Flaws and all, it’s a movie I’d watch again and again.
- Daniel Taylor21 de maio de 2025I always enjoyed this and still do. Such fun just to tune out and enjoy.
- Hitmann211 de abril de 2026There are good movies, there are bad movies and there are movies that are so bad they're good. Surprisingly, this movie is none of those. With this cast, IP and budget, one would think it would be at the very least mediocre. This movie is absolutely terrible. There is NOTHING redeeming about this movie, not the acting, story, directing, SFX, nothing. I was honestly blown away by just how bad it really was. If you like to torture yourself, this is the "movie" for you.
- joleg820 de março de 2026Can't. watch it it is not available in my country so.
- Richard19 de outubro de 2025Saw this one in the cinema when it came out and I was genuinely excited. The trailer promised sleek effects, a darker tone and a reimagining of the campy ’60s series I had seen on TV. Later picked it up on DVD, hoping it would grow on me with repeat viewings. The setup had promise: Earth’s future is bleak, so the Robinson family is sent to colonize Alpha Prime. But sabotage, time warps and space spiders derail the mission. The cast is stacked, William Hurt, Mimi Rogers, Heather Graham and a surprisingly action ready Matt LeBlanc. Gary Oldman chews scenery as Dr. Smith and the production design leans into chrome corridors and alien tech. There are moments that work: the creature effects, the moody lighting and the occasional emotional beat. The robot redesign is divisive, but at least it tried something new. But the pacing stumbles, the plot gets tangled in time travel loops and the tone shifts from serious to silly without warning. It feels like a film caught between wanting to be Star Trek: First Contact and Spy Kids. It could’ve become so much more, a proper franchise, a serialized reboot, maybe even a cult classic. But it fizzled. I liked parts of it and I still revisit it for the nostalgia. It’s the kind of movie that made adult years feel hopeful, then slightly disappointed, but still worth a spot on the shelf.
- Leonard Mosca5 de março de 2026I never saw or watch the original loss in space but I thought the movie had its moments but I admit it could have been better
- ayayron18 de maio de 2025Missed opportunity for Garmin to move some units
- scitech761 de fevereiro de 2026It's a fun and safe family Sci-Fi flick with nice life lessons. 3.5/5 for me.
- Dan S Turpin4 de janeiro de 2026Solid ride. Better than the campy cancer tv series. The third act is a little messy but overall, lots of fun.
- Empowerment23 de setembro de 2025"Danger Will Robinson" A total BOMB, waste of time, talent and money. They used the title but couldn't even get the ROBOT right. Dr. Smith could have directed a better movie, and written a better script. Watch reruns of the original campy 1960's TV series! which is Shakespeare compared to this total failure!
- ርልዪረ5 de setembro de 2025Good watch, could watch again, and can recommend. This feels a little dated, given the more recent "Lost in Space" series, and given the original series it certainly feels like a very different angle. The cast is great, but doesn't quite feel like it gels well, especially sense it is supposed to be (mostly) a family unit. Mat LeBlanc actually surprises me by showing he has some action range, a young Lacey Chabert comes off much more obnoxious than I would have expected, and solid, if expected, performances from William Hurt, Heather Graham, and Gary Oldman. There is just very little that goes beyond expectations. Don't get me wrong there are some very interesting sequences and effects, but just nothing impressive I'm going to remember down the line. In the end I had a good time, and I'd do it again, but I'd rather see a more modern or higher production version of this like "Voyager".
- Jeff Chaffin6 de setembro de 2025I don't remember this being that bad. Came out 27 years ago right when DVDs just started coming out, so they sold a ton of them and they have them away with DVD players. It does not hold up. Not much to say about it.
- gmrxbox15 de outubro de 2024Another common appearance on TNT, I watched this movie bunches as a kid. I remember it being quite silly, and that Gary Oldman transformed into a spider creature thing. And I'm sure that CGI holds up reallllllly good now. Looking back on it now, I'm guessing this was the beginning and end of Matt LeBlanc's post Friends movie career. I think this is one I need to revisit in the near future. Holding back a grade for now.
