Dirigido por Roscoe ArbuckleBuckwheat Ben has some papers that the villainous Buttonshoe Bill and his gang are planning to steal. Bill sneaks into Ben's cabin, renders Ben unconscious, and steals the papers. Ben's daughter Nell is horrified when she discovers the crimes, and Rodney Hemingway comes to her aid. But Bill and a henchman abduct Nell and plan to do away with her, while at the same time luring Hemingway into a trap.
