Has an interesting idea and a creepy setup, but it’s very slow and more about mood than answers. I didn’t really feel much tension, but the concept is unique if you like mystery-style apocalypse films.
It starts off good and awkward, but once the story kicks into gear, it becomes a bizarre mix of dark cheesy comedy and thriller. Elijah Wood’s performance was awkwardly good . Wasn’t a fan of the plot twist.
Come to Daddy
The Descent
Claustrophobic and tense survival horror. The cave setting carries most of the movie, and the creatures add enough creep factor to keep it interesting. I enjoyed it a lot.
This was a lot better than I expected. The haunted house setting was genuinely creepy from the get go and the tension kept building throughout the movie. It had some brutal moments, one of the better haunted attraction movies I have seen.
A suspenseful thriller that kept me hooked the entire time. The deaf main character adds a unique twist that makes the tension even more intense. Definitely a creepy and entertaining watch.
It got one and a half stars because I love Bradley Cooper, if you like Gore, this is the movie for you. This was absolutely horrible and dumb a waste of my time.
The Midnight Meat Train
Hereditary
Great horror movie. I was locked the whole movie, the ending was a twist I didn’t expect, that was the only disappointment.
Good survival concept but kind of slow. The wolf scene and broken leg part were intense, but too much of the movie was just them sitting on the ski lift.
