From the outside, drawing teacher Rita Govorova seems to have a successful life. In reality, she's long dreamed of having children, but her husband, Dima, is against it. Tired of their endless arguments, Rita flies to Siberia, but her helicopter crashes in the taiga. Dima rushes to find his wife, assisted by investigator Irina Filatova.
