It is spring of 1975. A young 22-year old lieutenant Victor Tabachnikov, together with fellow students Alexander Kuznetsov and Sergey Kanatnikov, prepares for graduation from Nakhimov Navy School in Sevastopol. Ahead of them is the prestigious service, secret missions and distant lands. After an unexpected turn of events Tabachnikov's dream of becoming a naval officer is under threat and he faces expulsion from his navy school.
