An investigator from Moscow arrives in Bobrovsk in search of the dangerous cyber-criminal Cobra and his accomplice Fox. The latter, by an unfortunate accident, dies at an unplanned meeting with PEPS. But the operation cannot be stopped. The department finds similarities between Sanych and the Fox, and Sanych goes on a dangerous operation, pretending to be a completely different person.
