Eric finally gets Birdie to go out on a date with him, breaking the promise to herself that she would never go out with a cop.

Justin and Liz are "checking the books," like a team now. Liz's Godsister, Riley Westlake, comes for a visit but she's no angel.

Riley is starting to show her true colors more and more as she continually tries to vie for a spot on the wavesync roster. Eric and Birdie finally have "the talk."
