Where to Watch ABO Desire
- Jim Fox14 września 2025This series is superb, but if you agree to watch it, there are 2 things you need to commit to: 1) You will need to watch the series twice, and 2) You will be completely lost with the story and plot for a good third of the series. That being said, on rewatch, when you know what's going on, the intricacies of this series are wonderful and makes it such a highly rated show. The thing that keeps this from being a 5-star series is, again, that Chinese series never learned the axiom, "Show, don't tell." There is so much dialog, and so many Chinese names floating around that you will lose much in translation and be confused about who is talking about whom. But this is an Omegaverse series, which is a great concept, and is rarely explored (Pit Babe, is perhaps the exception that comes to mind). And as there is no official lore to the Omegaverse, this series takes it's own spin at it and describes it well - if not too fast - in the opening of the series. Truth be told, the series fizzles in the last episode, not bringing a satisfactory conclusion to one of the couples, especially. When investing 16 hours in a series, one expects a grand finale. This was not that. Anyway, enjoy the ride!
