Amanda is an experienced freelance Producer currently working with Mammoth Screen on World on Fire, filming in Belfast. Originally from Scotland, she began her career in theatre before transitioning to television in 1990 as a Props Assistant Floor Manager at BBC Scotland. Over the years, Amanda has built a diverse and accomplished career, progressing through roles in props, assistant directing, locations, and production to become a Line Producer and Co-Producer.
Having lived and worked in Belfast for over two decades (and permanently for the last ten years) Amanda has contributed to numerous acclaimed productions across the UK and beyond. Her credits include Wedding Season, Alex Rider, Intergalactic, Miss Julie, Taggart, Silent Witness, Holby City, and The Bill. She has collaborated with leading broadcasters such as Disney, BBC, Channel 4, and ITV, bringing a wealth of creativity and production expertise to every project she undertakes.
