We are taken on a journey that has been carefully designed to make it's victims as uncomfortable as humany possible. The first time I watched The Menu, I was left with a lingering feeling that the film took itself a little too seriously, that it was a little too pretentious. Upon a second viewing and now see that was the entire point. Seeing a room full of "normal" people being shown to be the rot that drove Slowik to lose his passion is a beautiful thing to behold. Excellent performances accross the board with Taylor-Joy, Fiennes and Hoult being the standouts.

- Ian Greathead8 czerwca 2025The cast all play their parts superbly over this escalating suspensive drama. Anya Taylor-Joy and Nicholas Hoult as the young couple are great to watch and Ralph Fiennes chews up the screen in his "roll" as chef. Loved it.
