Is Java a dream? Past or present? Sacred or profane? Here is one of the most mysterious documents of the short film competition. A black and white, whispered by a child, poetic film that soothes like the best ASMR, and at the same time arouses slight anxiety like a good horror movie. There is a coffin with an old woman, there are dolls and dark corridors, but there is also the beauty of nature and a sense of community that is becoming a thing of the past. The director managed to create a unique, oneiric story about the dying world of a small Ruthenian community living in Slovakia, all in just a few minutes.
