- andrew2 lipca 2025my confusions of horror movies were abundant, but after watching this film i feel myself now enlightened to the narrative tools highlighted ironically in Scream. what shocked me most was not how self aware the movie was, but how it still managed to be a top in the slasher genre while being meta about it.

- Drake70727 maja 2025Fantastic movie. From the actors to the filming locations this movie is pure gold. I love seeing my home town and familiar shots in other places from my childhood. One of the best slasher franchises out there. All the Scream movies will always hold a special place in my heart.
- Kyle Bianchi7 października 2025"No, please don't kill me Mr. Ghostface, I wanna be in the sequel!" Scream was not the first horror movie I saw as a kid, but it was the most impactful. I'd seen Halloween, Friday the 13th, and more of the "classic" killer movies in the lineup, but when I was 9 or 10 in 1996 and Scream came out, nothing before it mattered. It's a genuinely great flick. Reinvigorating and reinventing the slasher genre for a new era at the time was amazing, and it still holds up incredibly well to this day.
