Tom Selleck plays Jack Ramsay, a cop with a fear of heights and a knack for defusing robotic disasters. Cynthia Rhodes is his sharp partner and Kirstie Alley adds intrigue and tension. But it’s Gene Simmons who steals the show, his icy stare and villainous gadgets make him the perfect hightech menace. Later, owning it on DVD is a treat. But that first viewing on a movie channel? That’s the one that sticks.

He’s the mad scientist who wreacks havoc and leaves tons of dead bodies in his wake. Delightful! Extremely 80s: wooden acting, synth score, and an 80s palette (IYKYK).
