The animated film is made up of the notes of its main character - an incredibly smart dog named Pirate, who had his own diary. The Pirate lived with the boy Vitya. His parents, Maria Sergeevna and Pal Palych, decided to go to the village for the summer. The Pirate came to the village for the first time and in the morning he was very frightened of a crowing rooster. Then he saw chickens, a cow, a pig with piglets.
