On a rewatch around twenty years later I can still say that the impressions it left me with the killer being antagonistic and mean and brutal for the sake of being antagonistic mean and brutal still hold true. What doesn't hold up though is the very poor acting of the lead and a couple supporting characters. If you can get past that, the movie has some very entertaining scenes and is worth a watch.
