However, the film stumbles significantly in its resolution. The narrative lacks a nuanced exploration of how a woman can practically navigate personal boundaries while managing family dynamics. Simply abandoning everything and walking away feels like an oversimplified, deeply impractical solution in the real world. The film would have been far more impactful if the screenplay had actively dismantled the deep-seated societal stigma that housekeeping is solely a woman's duty, rather than taking an abrupt narrative escape route.
