A government attorney Ada Murphy is sent to Naples to represent a war criminal and extradite him back to the USA. When William was young a group of African criminals killed his family whilst sailing the Congo. William's father was a US diplomat. William is forced to become a child soldier and upon re-surfacing some politicians are trying to have William murdered by a vigilante group in order to hide political secrets.
