Jacob chooses his beloved son Joseph as his successor. Joseph's 11 other brothers get jealous and throw Joseph in a well and tell their father that Joseph is dead. Jacob gets blind out of sorrow. A caravan passing by saves Joseph. Years pass and Joseph is now in Egypt. The Pharoah wants Rakira's daughter Zuleyha to get married to his vizier Butifer. Zuleyha loves Jospeh, he becomes her servant. Butifer sees them together one day and sends Joseph to prison. The Pharoah calls Joseph to interpret his dream. Joseph interprets the dream and it turns out to be true, so Joseph becomes a high rank official in Egypt. Joseph's brothers come to Egypt to buy provisions yet famine has broken out in their land. They meet their brother, Jacob regains his eyesight. They find Zuleyha too and she is healed from her blindness, too. Joseph and Zuleyha leave happily together.
