- Jordan Jones1 stycznia 2026I Spit On Your Grave 1978 was indeed ahead of its time and for people watching this for the first time in the 1970's must have been beyond horrifying!!!! The performances are really realistic & solid from our lead character Jennifer Hills. The villains are beyond detestable and at least we do get that satisfaction of her killing them in really torturous & brutal ways. It may not be a very rewatchable & digestible movie, but it is one of those films that you never ever forget and is one that easily stays with you. It did exactly what it set out to do and that was to be very impactful, disturbing, effective & messed up....and I Spit On Your Grave does all of that in spades.
