Hubby's Toothache
Directed by Wilfrid NorthWifey, having had a tooth pulled, has a badly aching jaw but gets no sympathy from Hubby, who pooh poohs the idea that she is in pain. At breakfast, however, he gets some sugar in his own teeth and soon changes his mind about the painfulness of toothache. While he is on his way to the dentist's Wifey telephones ahead and arranges for the dentist to teach him a much-needed lesson, which is done zealously. Hubby is almost scared to death. After the dentist has finished with him Wifey relents and fondly strokes her husband's swollen cheek while he, now all sympathy for what she has already suffered, gently returns her caresses.
