Ghost Bastard

Elli can see and hear him, and she is thoroughly annoyed. His attempts to explain that he is a ghost do not make things any easier. Reluctantly, she engages with him, and a friendship emerges perfect for an introverted teenager like Elli. Mike becomes her imaginary friend, understanding her loneliness and sadness in a way no one in Elli's life has since her father passed away. But a ghost must eventually take the final journey, and a teenager must grow up. Fate has not brought them together by chance.
