Für immer 30
Directed by Andi NiessnerTimo Wittmann, the aging creative director of a Munich advertising agency, has had his best days. His ideas are no longer in tune with the times, and he is considered burned out. After an uninspired TV commercial, the worried agency owner Hans Kranich puts the ambitious Susanne Andersen in front of him. She is supposed to bring new spirit, but Timo, for whom self-doubt is an absolute foreign word, does not accept the demotion. Believing himself to be irreplaceable, he spontaneously resigns and seeks revenge. He wants to prove to everyone that he is still the best. With a wig and cosmetic corrections, he pretends to be a dashing 30-year-old and applies for the vacant position of junior art director. The tricky plan works, and Susanne, unsuspecting, gives the bold, "young" man a chance. In his new role, Timo alias Ben Wiesner experiences a few surprises, because contrary to expectations, Susanne also turns out to be an excellent advertising copywriter, and she also looks great, as Timo has to admit. He uses all of his charm, which he thinks is not inconsiderable, to impress Susanne and thus be able to rip her off all the more easily. But none of his tricks work on her. And he has to accept one defeat after another on other levels too. He has a terrible falling out with his best friend Achim, and his relationship with his daughter Laura has also deteriorated rapidly since she has been temporarily living with him. Timo is at a dead end and is suddenly adopting completely new behaviors. He begins to listen to others and to take a genuine interest in those around him. And so he manages to win Susanne's heart after all - but as a young Ben. Should Timo now stay 30 forever?
