A young wife is the subject of the fussiness of her husband who goes as far as humiliating consequences. When the woman confesses to her husband that she is pregnant, the man sees no certainty since the pregnancy was not planned. A man plagued by gambling debts intends to get rid of his sick wife and to do this he finds the support of a doctor friend of his. Once dead, the woman will begin to persecute her husband.
